This is one of my favourite YouTube videos. I gather it’s become a regular feature in many High School classrooms. If you know of any others that have made you smile, share the link in comments section below.

If you want to use any of this material contact me and there is a very good chance I will say YES.
However, if you just cut and paste into your own blog or whatever and pass it off as your own then there's a very good chance I will find out. Don't fall into the trap of thinking the internet is so vast and expanding so fast (note the fancy internal rhyme)] that no one will know.

on the subject of language in comedy sketches, this one is hilarious. it’s from ‘how I accidentally started world war 2’ and is when the hero is using an assumed name to mess with the heads of the SS.

the combination szcz [shch] is a single letter in cyrillics kinda like a long x with a line through the middle. Poles just do it with a collection of consonants which take practice to say, never mind spell. the diacritic under the e in Brzeczyszczkiewicz which I can’t put in make it ‘en’ as pronounced in French.
Thank you for this, Sarah. hugely enjoyable
