for writers and readers….

The last place you may want to read my kindle ebook is on a kindle

creative writing bookBack to CREATIVE WRITING School was launched as a Kindle ebook at the beginning of November, but you don’t need a Kindle to read it.
You can download a free app from Amazon that will allow you to read it on every major smartphone, tablet and computer you have.
And if you want to work on any of the 30 witty and practical creative writing exercises I’ve included it seems to me to make a lot of sense having it on your computer, but you don’t have to choose. Buy the book once – and I am rather hoping that’s what you will do – and you can download it to every device you own – your phone, your computer, your tablet. You can start reading a book on one device, and pick up where you left off on another. Picture it: you can highlight sections, adjust the size of the text and make notes on the best way of tackling an exercise on your phone on your way home from work and then carry on where you left off after dinner when you power up your PC. Well, it’s an image that makes me happy.
The app is simple to download and set up. So simple that when I tried it out I hadn’t realised I’d done it. I felt sure that there were more hoops to go through but no, there it was sitting on my desktop with all the ebooks I’ve ever bought and it was really rather lovely reading them on a big screen.
Get the kindle app HERE and then you can download Back to CREATIVE WRITING School.

Reblogged this on Ann Perrin and commented:
Bridget is a warm and wonderful tutor, her book will be a must for all those many writing groups in Brighton. But be fair make sure you all buy one each, this book must have been a labour of love as much as anything else. x
