Quiz – can you judge a book by its cover?

The wonderfully talented book designer Simon Avery (see an example of his work on the right. Hint: it has creative writing in the title) has come up with a quiz to test our knowledge of the modern classics/ sharpen our appreciation of cutting edge design/ avoid doing something important by looking at pretty pictures.

For example: Does this cover belong to Brave New World by Aldous Huxley, Catch 22 by Joseph Heller or The Big Sleep by Raymond Chandler?

I got 9 out of 15 right by the way which means that I’m almost perfect apparently. Simon you’re too kind…
