Come and shelter from the cold in this lovely 200 year old building. We’ve got tea, homemade cakes and lots of festive activities for the whole family.

Mrs Finnegan will be on hand to offer advice to anyone considering a life in service.

There will be historic costumes to dress up in, hand crafted cards and gifts to buy and scrumptious cakes in the tea room. We are child friendly and dog friendly. Just plain friendly really.
Free entry! Come for five minutes or stay all afternoon. We are open from 1pm to 5pm.

If you want to use any of this material contact me and there is a very good chance I will say YES.
However, if you just cut and paste into your own blog or whatever and pass it off as your own then there's a very good chance I will find out. Don't fall into the trap of thinking the internet is so vast and expanding so fast (note the fancy internal rhyme)] that no one will know.
oh, I’d so love to be there –
It was a great day
