Word Hearts – a delicious way of not writing: Safari Friday searching the web for writers and readers

Word Hearts is fun. More than fun. But there’s no doubt it is a diversion from the business of writing so only use it to treat yourself when you’ve written 1000 words or a chapter or just turned up for work at the keyboard – you choose. It is a simple free application that does what it says on the tin by allowing you to combine words and colours and hearts. Then you can download the result  – and now it has more shapes. I did a circle on Monday but it takes a lot to beat the traditional heart.

Safari = Swahili for long journey.I am on the look out for anything accessible from a keyboard that educates, entertains, intrigues, raises a smile. Anything that helps a reader get through the day or a writer the next draft. Let me know if you write a website that you’d like featured or discover something that really should be shared.
